We want you to be completely satisfied with your NUXE beauty experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, skincare items must be unopened and have their protective seals intact to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your NUXE account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your return authorization number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused products in their original retail boxes and pack them into a sturdy shipping carton, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
